About Ash
Hi, I’m Ashley, a Licensed Massage Therapist and graduate of Boulder Massage Therapy Institute. I also hold a degree in Integrative Health Professions from Front Range Community College in 2022.

Before becoming a massage therapist, I spent nearly 14 years working as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Working in Long-Term care, Home Health, Hospice care, Health & Rehab, Acute care, and Staffing agency for the nursing shortage during the Covid-19 pandemic. During that time, I earned my certification in Healing Touch, which opened my eyes to the power of therapeutic touch in supporting the body’s nervous system. During my time as a CNA, I volunteered after hours to support my patients with Parkinsons, chronic pain, on Hospice care, and Veterans with Healing Touch sessions. That experience planted the seed that eventually led me to pursue massage therapy as a deeper way to support others.

In addition to my healthcare background, I’ve spent several years competing in powerlifting, which has taught me the value of movement, recovery, and body awareness. After getting my Corrective Exercise Specialist Certification through NASM, I understand what it takes to care for your body through different seasons of life, and I bring that experience into every session. Blending clinical insight with a holistic approach to help you feel more balanced.

Whether you're working through pain, stress, injury, or simply seeking a moment to yourself from day to day life, I'm here to support your journey toward lasting wellness —inside and out—
