Prenatal massage is for pregnant moms to be. Focusing on relieving common pregnancy related discomforts such as low back pain, swollen legs, and muscle tension, while promoting relaxation. Women can begin receiving Massages at any point during their pregnancy- First, Second, or Third trimester. Side-lying and semi-reclined Massage with cushions are used to promote comfort and wellbeing.
Prenatal Massage

Organic coconut oil with peppermint, eucalyptus, rosemary, & lavender is gently heated. Worked into the scalp, supporting relaxation, sinus & tension headache relief. Can be added on to any massage or booked as a stand alone appointment.

30-45 minute- Targeted pain management (1-2 muscle groups). Best for acute or chronic issues. (TMJ, Plantar Fasciitis, Migraines, injury healing, or post-operative healing). Sometimes these shorter sessions are recommended as a follow-up to your longer duration appointment if needed.

60-75 minute- Full session + focused therapeutic work for 1-2 areas of concern + integrated relaxation

90 minute- Full session + focused therapeutic work for 1-3 areas + deeper relaxation.
