Payment Policy 

All Massage Therapy services must be paid the same day a session is booked online or paid at time of service. Please click the Book Online button on the Rates & Scheduling tab and pay online through MassageBook. Please be aware some services or Seasonal Promo's require prepayment. Cash, debit, credit card, HSA, and Venmo are accepted when paying at time of service.  

 

Cancelation Policy:

Appointments must be canceled no later than 24 hours of notice to receive return of a prepaid service. Appointments that are canceled within 24 hours of the appointment date may be charged 50% of the service rate.

Refund Policy:

Appointments that have been prepaid and cancelled no later than 24 hours of the appointment have the option to either be refunded as store credit or back on to your card that made the initial purchase. Store credit can be used in the future to purchase a service and schedule another appointment. All card refunds should expect to see the refunded amount on their statement within the next 7 business days. Prepaid appointments made with gift certificates will be issued as store credit.
